About Lake Region Human Service Center

North Dakota Department of Human Services provides a structured treatment program provided for chemically dependent persons of all ages and their families, the program includes individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions. There are three different treatment levels available, low intensity out patient, intensive outpatient treatment and day treatment. Residential services are also provided for some clients.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
