Sparks, NV - 89431

Description

Recovery programs vary based on the needs of the person.

Creating a personalized recovery program draws from groups of services that are provided at The Life Change Center.

The programs offered at The Life Change Center are unique in Northern Nevada and are designed to meet the variety of needs specific to pain killer and heroin addictions.

Their staff members are all experts in helping people overcome opioid addictions.

They know about the costs and strains that this puts on people struggling with the addiction, sometimes costing hundreds of dollars per week for opioids and racking up many other expenses.

They understand and have developed their program to reduce the financial obstacles of treatment admission.

The Life Change Center is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, and they do not have an owner or paid board to appease.

Their sole focus is on providing the most effective services that they can.

Based on their structure, their fees are quite low.

Is this treatment center really free?

Most of the listings on this website are free; however, we decided it would also be helpful for our visitors to see sliding scale treatment centers and low cost rehab centers for low income persons.

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Life Change Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2022

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $12,880
2 $17,420
3 $21,960
4 $26,500
5 $31,040
6 $35,580
7 $40,120
8 $44,660

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
