Netcare Access at 741 East Broad Street Avenue will be the point of entry and coordination for all youth deemed to be in a mental health or drug and alcohol crisis.

Crisis intervention and stabilization    Risk assessment    Crisis-specific education and decision support for patients and families    Family centered education about available local resources    Referral and linkage with treatment providers    Support until linkage    Emergency medication services    Acute hospitalization

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
