We offer drug and alcohol assessment services and referrals to treatment.

Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Counseling
PHS provides treatment to individuals struggling because of substance use.
Counseling is also available to those suffering from someone else’s substance use. Target populations include individuals, couples, families, adolescents, pregnant women, women with children, injection drug users, those who have experienced an overdose and veterans.
