These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I am researching locations for my Brother who is an alcoholic, cocaine addict for a few years and he has just started using Heroin in the past month or so. he needs rehab and is reaching out for help. I need to find the best fit for his needs. he recently left for 4 weeks from home and claims that he was drug free those weeks. Once he came back he started again. He needs inpatient help not outpatient..

A lady friend reached out to me this morning saying she's in desperate need of treatment. She's in her mid thirty's, and her alcohol has left her in the dust. She will probably need a medical detox. She said she has monies saved, so I don't believe payment would be a problem. I'm in Eugene Oregon, so reaching out is all I can do. I've been clean many years, and sober three. She said that I'm the only one she can trust with this, so I'm hoping you can give me some answers. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.
