Harbor Light is an intense, inpatient substance abuse treatment program available at The Salvation Army Freedom Center. The Salvation Army provides free, holistic treatment and rehabilitation for men and women battling substance abuse. Harbor Light programs restore an individual's confidence and self-esteem through work, therapy, counseling, recreation and training. I am researching locations for my Brother who is an alcoholic, cocaine addict for a few years and he has just started using Heroin in the past month or so. he needs rehab and is reaching out for help. I need to find the best fit for his needs. he recently left for 4 weeks from home and claims that he was drug free those weeks. Once he came back he started again. He needs inpatient help not outpatient..

I am assisting a client with possible avenues to explore for treatment. He will be facing sentencing on a drug charge in Wisconsin but lives in Chicago. He has been addicted to opiods and turned to trading heroin for opiods. Are there openings in your program if he was to be offered probation.
