What is your current addiction that you are seeking help for? How long have you been addicted to it?
Alcohol and anxiety seeking help for over a year. Always drank but it’s out of control for the last few years to the point I haven’t worked for the last 2 years. I am 61 and have worked most of my life.
Have you ever been to a rehab facility before? How was it? What did you pay for treatment? (Let us also know the name of the treatment center)
No, I have had a couple of outpatient sessions then the counselor left and I didn’t want to start over really liked her.
Do you have health insurance? Do you have a high deductible?
I have state funded family health insurance. No deductible

I am detoxing at my sisters house for about the fourth time. I end up getting sick and she takes me to the emergency room where the give me IV with fluids, and Nyasia meds and vitamins and send me home. It helps for a while but then I have to have alcohol to function.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
