Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $15,060
2 $20,440
3 $25,820
4 $31,200

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Hello, My name is Amberly and I'm reaching out to you in hopes you can help provide support to my fiance and childrens father. He is trying to recover from alcohol use and has not had any luck finding a rehab. He been staying at 2100 sheltor over a month now. Its been a while but my brother Kyle Boyer stayed at the Latern for some time and he clearly didnt succeed BUT from what I saw from you all, this was a great place for recovery and I know that my fiance Stephen Simpkins wants help. He wants to change his life but I truly believe he needs to get through 12 steps.
