FrontLine Service is a contract agency of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County and a partner agency of United Way Services of Greater Cleveland. They work closely with Department of Children and Family Services to protect children from serious harm and removal from family, and to strengthen the familys capacity to recognize and respond to the needs of the child.

I want to get clean. I am not in any legal trouble. I want to come to Ohio to get out of my environment. I'm 13hours away I'll drive there now.
Have you ever had free rehab before? How did you get in to the program?
Yes. I didn't work. I work now but I'm union and I'm laid off. I just got medicade as my blucross eligibility is over at the moment.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
