The Community Corrections and Treatment Center (CCTC) in Cleveland is a comprehensive community corrections center that provides highly structured, evidence based programs designed to assist non-violent, felony offenders in successfully transitioning into their community. The structure and level of supervision provided at CCTC assures accountability for the offender, while the programming and learning opportunities are designed to help offenders make positive behavioral changes that result in reduced recidivism and safer communities.
