Total Health Care provides a team of trained providers to treat addiction and substance abuse. The Total Health Care Substance Abuse Program is a state-certified, outpatient program that treats the whole person. This includes physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. Their substance abuse case management services link on-site primary care, mental health, housing, and counseling services. They also refer to vocational and educational training. As a community health center, they provide services regardless of ability to pay and require you to complete certain documents before they can discount your fee. Payments, including discounted fees, are required at the time of service. Please visit the website for more information on the sliding fee scale.

2018-12-15 08:01:31I am thinking of going cold Turkey starting tomorrow and keep being informed that it's not safe. But if I dont stop now I feel as if I wont ever live a clean and healthy life. I'm looking for a place that I go to right away. If it's even possible.
