I suffer from depression and anxiety and I believe I’ve been self medicating
Opiate addiction for 22 years
Everytime I try to stop I cant.i already have really bad anxiety and nerves but when I try to go without g I shake bad my voice even shakes.longest I have ever been without it is 3 days and I swear I had to mild seizures that I stop from being full blown cause I couldn't sleep I felt so bad and u I was laying in bed crying all. Night when I felt at 2 point like I was dying next morin 2blacketez
I also struggle with alcohol abuse

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
