Turning Point Inc.,treatment processes include a thorough, ongoing assessment; holistic treatment planning which recognizes that clients present with unique strengths, weaknesses, and needs; cognitive-behavioral treatment strategies, and targeted individualized interventions utilizing behavioral skills training. Provides outpatient treatment and residential treatment services to youth, ages 13-17 at three Harris County Juvenile Probation Detention Centers.

Yes-all treatment for addiction -abuse was "free" to the individual when I was a user.
Do they accept ex felons?
Of course, most were ex felons though now few would even have minor misdemeanors as police are discouraged from becoming involved.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
