Turning Point is an outpatient substance abuse treatment program that provides comprehensive services to support the recovery of individuals and families struggling with substance abuse and addiction, and other mental health issues. Their program is state-certified and accredited. Client fees are based on ability to pay — no one is refused services due to inability to pay. Turning Point provides:     Comprehensive assessments     Individual, group and family counseling     DUI assessments     Interventions     Relapse prevention     Aftercare services
