Sliding Scale Service
The Spindletop Center Substance Abuse treatment programs provide outpatient services. Treatment includes individual, group and family counseling along with aftercare, relapse prevention, education and support groups. Mental health services are offered for the dual diagnosed clients.

My life has spiraled out of control and tried to overdose on meth I swallowed 18 grams of meth after being up for 2 weeks and caused havoc to someone I love and pushed other people I love away
It is not all day every day or even monthly, but when some is available I use my paycheck for it instead of my family. This time it cost me my marriage from lies to hide my substance abuse, she has always helped me but I have dragged her through too much. I need real help to end the cycle for good and get back to being me.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
