About Border Region Behavioral Health Center

All fees for services are charged according to a sliding scale based upon the family income and size.
Inability to pay will NOT exclude an individual from receiving services.
Adult Mental HealthMental Health Services for adults in Webb County are available through the Border Region Behavioral Health Center.
The Adult Behavioral Health Services Unit provides an array of services to adults 18 years of age or older who suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, severe major depression, or any other severely disabling mental disorders which require crisis resolution or ongoing and long-term support and treatment.
Childrens Mental HealthMental Health Services for children are also available through the Border Region Behavioral Health Center.
Intellectual and Developmental DisabilitiesThe Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Program offers an array of services specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with intellectual/cognitive, pervasive developmental disorder and/or related conditions.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
