Yes, The Villa in Santa Ana CA, was told 300.00 a month (it's a 90 day program) I never paid I did however give up my EBT benefits to them while in the program

Yes, sorta I gave them my EBT card while i was in the program, you have to prove you want help, attend meetings there and calling repeatedly
