Offering MAT services for opioid use disorder Suboxone, buprenorphine/naloxone treatment Vivitrol, naltrexone treatment Specialized MAT group treatment Comprehensive care coordination with our nurse care manager Sea Mar accepts most insurances including Medicaid and provides services regardless of a patients ability to pay. When insurance is not available, Sea Mar offers a sliding fee scale discount, determined by household size and income.
