Heroin, on and off 10 yrs
Heroin but ive been addicted to other opiates several years. Been on heroin about a year or year and a half and im pregnant

Yes. It was fine but i had insurance for the first one in 2010 and my family payed the 2nd one in greenwood mississippi.first one was in olive branch
I went to outpatient treatment twice. The first time for 2 yrs.. The second time for a few months. I had insurance the first time, but lost my job so there went my insurance. The second time I was lucky enough to get with an agency that was covering my treatment. I really wasn't ready for the help so I didn't take it seriously. I regret it now. I am so scared that I am going to O.D. Help

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
