Center for Health and Wellness is a Board-certified family practitioners provide high quality, culturally-competent, affordable patient care to people of all ages, from newborns to seniors.     They offer sliding scale fees and prescriptions assistance for those not covered by insurance.     They use a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Records system to provide a seamless system of care between the facility and other health partners.     Their Patient Navigators and Care Coordinators are there to help you access a wide variety of services available in the clinic and the community.     Free transportation is available upon request.

Yes. I left after 4 days because even though the program was supposed to be co-ed, i was the only female in there with 15 males, and kept getting propositioned for sex. It was a sliding scale facility but the payment was minimal since i left.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
