Sliding Scale Service
Substance Abuse Day Treatment- Is a step down from residential treatment and is the most intense substance abuse program offered by Calhoun Cleburne Mental Health Center. This program is for those who need residential treatment and cannot go due to financial reasons or for those waiting for residential treatment. The program meets 5 days per week from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

He is currently seekind Social Security disability. He is about 90 days into the process. He has severe panic attacks since age of 15. Can't keep a job because people do not understand whats going on when he has a panic attack

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
