Located in Gadsden, Alabama, The Gadsden Treatment Center was founded in 1993 in the hopes of helping the community battle opiate addiction. Gadsden Treatment Center is the only certified methadone clinic in Etowah County. With a qualified medical and clinical staff, Gadsden Treatment Center is dedicated to providing individualized treatment for each person interested in becoming abstinent from illicit opiate use.

When I was about 12yrs old I stopped being me. Something happened then that from that day on any kind of happiness I knew before and since was overshadowed by this deep dark cloud that till this day looms over my life and always appears at times most would be happy. I took to anything that would help or thought would help. For nearly 8 or so yrs now more than anything I want to be proud of myself

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
