The mission at Clem-Mar House, Inc.
To provide a three (3) month to six (6) month residential program in which chemically dependent clients can reorganize their lives with a view toward an independent lifestyle. Their primary purpose is to help the recovering person continue the process started in their rehabilitation program while simultaneously providing direction and guidance to aid them in making a smooth transition into mainstream society.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
