About College Community Services

Providence Service Corporation: College Community Services (CCS) is a provider of outpatient mental health and substance abuse services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families in Kern County.
CCS provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals to other private and public agencies.
Services include comprehensive and specialized individual and group mental health services for adults and children, parenting instruction and family support services, psychiatric and medication support services for adolescents and adult consumers, support and education for welfare recipients in need of returning to the workplace, school-based services for at-risk children and those with serious emotional disturbances, and comprehensive substance abuse programming.
