Evaluation and treatment of medical issues    Integrated primary care and behavioral health services    Follow-up of chronic and ongoing medical problems    Routine checkups    Screening for many health disorders and chronic disease management, such as diabetes (high blood sugar), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, anemia, hepatitis, and cancers

I am having a hard time refraining from using opioids and it is tearing my family apart and I don't know how to stop because I've told so many lies that no matter what I say my wife no longer believes in me or anything that I say. I NEED her and my daughter back because they are what I truly care about . However: I can't seem to make them believe it.
