Broke back after a motor cycle accident in 2007 and suffer from chronic pain...but opioids are being used to the point that they are candy. Need to get clean so that I can determine if I truly hurt or if it’s just my body craving the pills

My son has asked for help but we can not afford rehab. He has asked for help finding a place where he can stay and get help. He is 35 and is widowed unexpectedly last year when his husband died. Help. He shakes and has memory loss, can't keep even a temp job placement. Has major depression that needs diagnosis. Just giving up on life.

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Davis Behavioral Health Inc Main Street Clinic website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2022

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $12,880
2 $17,420
3 $21,960
4 $26,500
5 $31,040
6 $35,580
7 $40,120
8 $44,660

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
