About Eastwood Community Clinics
Eastwood Community Clinics provides a mixture of mental health and substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in an outpatient setting.
These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, individual and group counseling, trauma related counseling, family and marital counseling, after care, case management, relapse prevention and anger management.
Payment forms accepted for these services include cash or self payment, medicare, state financed health insurance plan other than medicaid and private health insurance.
A sliding fee scale is available for those in need based off of income and other factors.
