Human Skills and Resources believes it is the right of every individual, regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or socioeconomic status to have the highest quality of services available. They believe through a mission minded staff they can provide these services.

I am a father of a three yr old girl and a four yr old boy in which mean the whole world to me. I cant seem to be able to get myself out of this whole we have been in for some time especially since their mother has left almost two years ago and has not been the least bit helpful with the kids. If only we had a way to be able to just up and leave where we r at and a foot in the door to a new futur
