Yes 2002, I checked myself into Saint Vencent Rehab in Indianapolis Indiana. No I had Medicaid, That's how it got paid for

I need help. I'm risking my freedom, my daughter, and losing my house because I can't stay clean
IV user and court ordered to rehab to get my kids back. Lost my kids Dec 17th, 2018. I want to be sober. My kids dad has cut off all contact with my kids and told them that i am dead and that his girlfriend is my kids mom now. I need to get clean for my kids. I love them and need them home.
Trying to get in immediately for at least 30 days before I go to far

I know that post trauma, due to being a widow twice before the age of 38, prior to that the abusive relationship I was in and before that abbusisve home life I lived in all this has a part in my addiction, which I've become homeless in the meantime

Yes it was paid for by Medicaid My Dr. Kathleen Conhour at the time set it up for me at St. Vencent Rehab

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
