I am in the worse possible situation possible from this drug. I am completely physically depending on the drug. I need to detox or be in a facility with no chance of finding a way to get high. I completed the noca program exactly one year ago graduated the program got my own home my own house and had a wonderful job. Now I've lost all of that except my vehicle. I am a very hard working individual and would love to be part of your guys program and give myself one more chance to live life like it's supposed to be lived
I think the moon and stars are following me and I'm the choosen one. I know it's the drugs making me think this stuff cuz I didn't think this way before but I feel if I stop using something bad will happen to me

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
