Alcohol and/or drug addiction assistance. Services are free and confidential.Hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am to 7pm. Saturdays 9am to 12 noon.  We help adults with a previous or current history of alcohol or chemical dependency with assessment, individualized treatment and planning, Individual and group counseling, relapse prevention planning, and Suboxone assisted treatment coordinated with a physician.Wellness/Recovery ServicesMuch more than food and shelter is needed to support the efforts of individuals working to return to productive, stable lives. We provide an extensive array of services for those with psychiatric disabilities as well as alcohol and chemical addictions. Clinical social workers, credentialed substance abuse counselors, physicians, and vocational and housing specialists work with patients to realize their personal goals and achieve economic independence.Location services description: Substance abuse treatment, Buprenorphine Services. Treatment received at location: Outpatient, Partial hospitalization/day treatment Types of patients treated: Persons with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, Persons with HIV/AIDS, Seniors/older adults, Women, Men, DUI/DWI offenders, Criminal justice clients
