My son is currently in jail. He is being sentenced to Rehab as a part of his plea agreement. He used Heroine and overdosed twice. He has been incarcerated for 10 months therefore he does not have an income at all. He has Medicaid insurance. We are seeking a rehab that is not run by the state where he can continue to be clean and would not continue to be around those who are there only because of court order not because they want to stay off the drugs.
