Valley Health Associates is a non-profit organization offering intervention, prevention, and treatment services for those suffering from opioid and alcohol use disorders. Through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and other evidence-based methods, Valley Health Associates offers an individualized approach provided in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Our main focus is to promote recovery and wellness through healthy and productive lifestyle changes while using a whole-person approach to care.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
