The Women's Residential Center (WRC) provides trauma-informed integrated chemical dependency and mental health services in a residential setting to women involved in the criminal justice system. The WRC helps women and their families overcome a variety of challenges, rebuild their lives, and re-enter their communities as healthy, productive individuals.

Im Filling this out for my sons girlfriend. She’s in danger. I suffer from chronic pain and she’s been stilling my pills. Just stole 97 and took them all in 6 days. She has state insurance.
I'm homless and keep relapsing trying to get into a residential treatment for three months now .came to Portland with fiance who has got into a recovery home but I don't have insurance or any income and keep on getting turned away . I'm depressed and have anxiety and I'm afraid if I don't get help I'm going to end up dead

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
