About Women's Recovery Services
Their program provides a 120-day residential substance dependent treatment program primarily for women with their children, a childrens program, an eight month AfterCare program and up to two years in a transition home. The Residential Program at WRS is a 120-day structured program for women, with experienced staff present 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Women attend recovery classes and groups six hours a day, five days a week. The program includes classes in relapse prevention; addiction, recovery and the brain; domestic violence dynamics and prevention; healthy relationships; communication skills; stress management; nutrition and menu planning; and others.
