2nd Chance Mental Health Center is a licensed intensive outpatient treatment center for those who are diagnosed with mental health, substance abuse, or who are dually diagnosed.



It is the Mission of 2nd Chance MHC
To help those who are diagnosed with substance abuse, mental health or who are dually diagnosed, to restore and enhance their quality of life using cognitive behavioral therapy in a psychosocial rehabilitation setting.
