I lost my mom in 2015 which left me with NO family other than my 4 boys, got injured at work same year which cost me my job and just recently released from dr to go to work and it took me 6 months to find a job. With everything happening so fast I started coping with life by getting high. I have now gotten in trouble and realize its time to deal with life a better way.

Free Rehab Centers in Nearby Cities

Since many of our rehab centers are sliding scale, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the The Shoulder website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care based on your income from the sliding fee scale.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $15,060
2 $20,440
3 $25,820
4 $31,200
5 $36,580
6 $41,960
7 $47,340
8 $52,720

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I am at my lowest point in life and because of my addiction I have lost everything that means something to me...including my will to push through all the day to day obstacles. My soul is tired and my heart is broken. I want my life back...I want to find myself again...regain what I have lost to addiction. I am also battling an abusive partner that will not allow me to ever move forward with anything...I'm tired of this life. Need options you are able to provide me. Thank you.
