I have been in and out of prison since I was 18 I am now 31 I have disappointed so many people and I just want the help I was never offered I don't have a job and can not afford rehab my mom isn't willing to help due to all the trouble I've caused her and I want to make it up to her and prove both herself and me wrong I cant do right by those who love me until I do right by myself

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
My sister is on drugs and homeless. Homeless because she won’t take time to be home, with us, family. Just always in the streets and I try to bring her in out of the weather but then she starts talking to someone who’s not there. She get crazy and it gets to the point where we have to decide to tell her or force her to leave and then she’s just back in the streets. I’m the oldest and I feel I’m not doing enough. I feel like I’m failing her. What do I do? We’re not rich. Some times I wish I had a house so I could lock her down there and take care of her until she gets better. She was working as a vet tech, had a big house, 2 beautiful kids and a great husband and let it all go for drugs. I just want my sister back.
Don't give up on your sister. Addiction is as much of a disease as mental illness & sadly she has both. All she needs is the right support system, love & care, and an in patient rehab. & of course her willingness ultimately. There are free resources if you truly look and call. I pray God's love & protection over her!
