Palomar Family Counseling Service offers state certified substance abuse groups for adults, students, and families who struggle with the use/abuse of alcohol, narcotics, marijuana, and other controlled substances. Treatment is available for adults whose participation is court ordered or voluntary. Fixed fee schedule. This is very low cost and affordable.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
