i have just been to a 9 day medical detox in Tarzana Treatment for my previous habit of snorting "ROXICODNE"(10 PER DAY) = 300mg OF OPIATES. i completed my medical detox there, went back to work and then was clean for a few months, then relapsed on meth, tried heroin with my husband, was hooked for the next 2 to 3 years. went through a program called, "Quality of Life" that the LBPD created for addicted people who lacked a home (other then our trucks or other's tents" i completed the detox in Community Hospital, but never went to the sober living or had any follow up treatment. relapsed that day.

Federal Poverty Guidelines for 2024

Persons In Family Household Poverty Guideline Salary per year
1 $15,060
2 $20,440
3 $25,820
4 $31,200

8 $52,720

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Seeking a in-patient treatment for myself, possibly my husband too. fighting to get our son back from CPS, he is almost 1 year old, and never have even gotten to take him home . I need to detox and stay off of fentanyl and speed, have my PTSD, depression, and avoidance personality disorder addressed. Both my husband and i are required to take parenting classes, substance abuse classes, individual and couples therapy, and for just myself i need to take empowerment classes, which i cannot find any. My husband needs anger management, and treatment for the same drug of choice, he works full time, is on probation and cannot leave LA county, while I reside in Orange County. Also have my service dog, he is fully trained, licensed, and certified to be permitted with me everywhere i go. He is a big dog though, just need to make that clear. My husband and I don't need to live in the same treatment center, or even participate in the same program, just as long as we both receive help is all that matters.
