About Haven in Woodbury Outpatient Program

Haven Chemical Health Systems LLC has four outpatient substance abuse treatment programs for men and women (18 years old and older) located in Woodbury, Shakopee, Waconia, and Cloquet. They provide primary intensive outpatient treatment and relapse prevention. They have outpatient substance abuse treatment programs for men and women to receive primary intensive outpatient treatment and relapse prevention. They initiate change through necessary lifestyle changes needed for long-term abstinence.
