I've been using since 2013 with a few breaks, the longest one was 6 months. I've been a functional and closet addict since 2015. Meaning, I've consistently held a job, home, car, relationships with non-addicts, no trouble with the law, etc.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Faith-Based Treatment Many religious organizations offer drug and alcohol recovery treatment at no cost as part of their ministry services. Many also offer payment assistance for those that qualify.

Medicaid Payment Assistance Medicaid often covers payment for alcohol and drug treatment. Medicaid coverage do differ by State. We provide recovery centers and programs that do accept Medicaid as payment for treatment.
