im a iv herion drug user im tried of having to depend on a drug to be able to live my life im tried of hurting the people that love and cares about me ive been using the needle and herion for 3 years straight now its already almost costed me my life and im scared i dont want to die i have 4 lil boys that need their mother i am sneaking help and i dont have insurance

I dont want to go to rehabs close to home i know that i will still be able to get high and i dont want that i just want some help and have no where else to trun to it just makes me want to give up

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free treatment from some substance abuse centers, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
