The Empowerment Resurrection Center of Chester Pennsylvania is a drug and alcohol addiction assistance and rehabilitation organization, accepting clients from the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware tri-state area and beyond. I'm trying to stop drinking. I try on my own but it last for about a week or two than I start right back up whenever something goes wrong and things go wrong A LOT. I need help I would like to know if you guys take insurance or how much is it to start ?
